Where’s the Brew stop? Cycle touring group The group is this website’s in house cycling group, its informal group of cyclists who meet most weekends at around 10am inside various local cafes for a brew and cake before heading out on rides around the North Lancashire, Cumbria and North Yorkshire. We stop for lunch with a good view to enjoy pack lunch before calling in at another cafe in the afternoon. In the Summer months the group aims to back at start of the ride for around 6pm and in the Winter months this will around 4pm. On most rides, there some off-road cycling, so please come on bike suitable for conditions but high percentage of ride will on quite lanes, they are easy paced, non-competitive social ride with plenty stops to look at the views and take photos. The rides are usually between 35 to 55 miles long depending on the time of the year.
