A 22.9 mile ride around the Lowther Valley
This is 22.9 mile cycle route, starting and finishing in Shap, with off-road section, with two café stop at the Bampton Shop & Tearoom and the Kitchen Garden Café at Askham Hall.  You can see more photos of the route and read ride report which this route is based on at this link.
