This is 33.4 mile cycle route, starting and finishing at the RSPB Visitor Centre at Leighton Moss, there one off-road section  (please note that bridleway to Sampool Bridge is tarmac), there are two café stops at Leighton Moss Café at the RSPB Visitor Centre and at Farleton View Tearoom at Wath Sutton.You can see more photos of the route and read ride report which this route is based on at this link.
