A 25.4 mile off-road cycle route around the Silverdale and Arnside Area

This route is 25.4 miles long, there are three off-road sections, with three cafe stops at the Refreshment Room at Carnforth Railway Station, The Cafe at Visitor Centre at Leighton Moss Nature Reserve and the Tearoom at Deerslet.
