This route is 56.9 miles long with seven tracks and three cafe stops at the Blindbeck Tearooms in Horton-in-Ribblesdale, at the Westwinds Tearoom in Buckden and at the Tasting Room in Stalling Busk. Allow about  10 to 11 hours to do the ride. Maps use on the ride are Ordnance Survey OL2 Yorkshire Dales Southern & Western Areas and Ordnance Survey OL30 Yorkshire Dales Northern & Central Areas.
