A 32 mile route to the Hoad Hill Monument to Sir John Barrow  at Ulverston

There one cafe stop at the Tea Room at the Southern Lakeland Nurseries and Garden Centre in Cark-in-Cartmel (This tearoom is closed on Sundays). It should be noted that cafes in Cartmel Village do charge central Lake District prices!
