This cycle route is 27.5 miles long, starting and finishing at High Bentham, there are two off-road sections, with two cafe stops at Bernie Cafe or Inglesport Cafe in Ingleton with afternoon cafe stop at Ireby Green Farm Cafe and Shop or at Cowan Bridge Tea Room.
