A 33 mile ride to Arnside

This route is 33 miles long, starting and finishing at Halton Station, there are five off-road sections (parts of route is along footpaths where you need to get off your bike and push it along the footpath), there is one cafe stop at the Refreshment Room on Carnforth Railway Station.
