A 21.5 mile route to Grizedale

The route is 21.5 miles long, starting and finishing at Chapel House Wood, with four off-road sections and two cafe stops at 1872 cafe and shop at Lakes Aquarium in Lakeside and at the Cafe in the Forest at the Grizedale Centre.
