This cycle route 27.9 miles long, starting and finishing at the car park on Cartmel Race Course, there are nine off- road sections, with two cafe stops at Tearoom at back of Southern Lakeland Nurseries and Garden Centre in Cark-in-Cartmel and at Chicken Shed Tearoom at Old Hall Farm in Bouth.
