A 34.4 mile cycle route to Kirkby Lonsdale

This cycle route is 34.4 miles long, starting and finishing at Carnforth Railway Station, there are two small off-road sections (The section on the footpath through Overtown would please push your bikes along footpath through the village), there are three cafe stops at Cafe Lite at Booths Supermarket in Carnforth, The Green Room Cafe in Kirkby Lonsdale and the Tearoom at Hornby Post Office.
