This route is 24.5 miles long, starting and finishing at Carnforth Railway Station, there seven off-road sections including a section on the Lancaster Canal where you ask to follow the Canal & River Trust’s Green way Code for Towpaths at this link, there are two cafe stops on this route at the Refreshment Room on Carnforth Railway Station and at the Cafe at the RSPB visitor centre at Leighton Moss.
