The route is 29.5 miles long, starting and finishing outside the Old Hall Farm in Bouth, there are 11 off-road sections, with two cafe stops at the Chicken Shed Tea Room at Old Hall Farm in Bouth and the Bluebird Cafe by the Lake in Coniston.
