This route is 23.90 miles long, starting and finishing at Ashes Lane, about half
of the route is off-road, the section between Gategarth Pass and Nan Bield Pass
is a footpath which you must push bikes along, there morning and afternoon cafe stop
at Wilf’s Cafe in Staveley. Map you will need on this route is Ordnance Survey OL7
