This is 30 mile cycle route, starting and finishing in Wray, there are two off-road sections (allow up to four hours or more to do the crossings from Wray to Slaidburn). There are two cafe stops at Bridge House Farm Tearoom and the River Bank Tearooms in Slaidburn.
