Lancashire Group Walk

19th December 2004: The Lancashire Group Walk
Report of the Walk by Keith Hogg
14 Souls met for the traditional walk around the Rivington area. A few arrived early, took themselves off for a early walk or a ride (brave souls). Those that arrived on time sat in the hall slurping their coffee and tea. Around midday we were all together and set off for our walk.

The weather, company, and all else was top notch.

After walking around the fell and listening to various topics of conversation (and Pat’s walking sticks clicking along) we enjoyed a brew in the barn, after which some of the party made their way home. The rest of us descended on Sharon’s place to demolish her hot pot and other goodies.
